General Enquires
We are a local Melbourne metropolitan based company. We operate out of the Carnegie area and serve the entire Australia. If you want to contact us, please do so either by emailing us (sales@smartifyhomes.com.au) or by completing the form on the contact us page.
We provide services and products from start to post completion of your project. We offer consultation, products, installation and maintenance services. We can do in-house and online consultation, supply your products and also bring our installers and programmers to help you achieve your project goals.
Accounts and Orders
Please send us your details (your, name, business, etc) via the contact us page or email it to us and one of our friendly staff will contact you to organise trade account.
Please contact us ASAP via email (sales@smartifyhomes.com.au) and/or contact us page. We will try to fix your order if we haven’t already dispatched it. Post dispatching, we will need to work on a case-by-case basis to serve the best possible outcome and would request you to contact us via the email or by completing the form.
Once you login, you should be able to see all your order history and your profile settings too. If you would like to update your profile or download your previous invoice, you should be able to do it via your accounts page.
As we all are humans and our orders are manual processed by humans too, we can make mistakes too. We would urge you to contact as quickly as possible and we will organise to send you your correct order.
Shipping and Deliveries
As we are online retailer, we do not offer pickup. we are working towards enabling local pickup method.
Though we would like to ship all across the globe, as of now we are limited to Australia Only. Very soon we will be shipping to New Zealand too. It typically takes us 1-2 business days to process your order before we dispatch it.
We fulfill all our orders from Melbourne however, sometimes if we are running low on stock, we will try and send you your order from others states too. But all our items will be sent from Australia.
We use Regular Post and Express Post services by Australia Post for shipping your order and if your order is big, we may use TNT couriers at no additional cost to you.
We have flat price postage charges. Regular Post for $10 typically takes 5 to 10 working days to be delivered at your doorstep after dispatch. And Express Post for $15 typically takes 1 to 2 working days to be delivered at your doorstep after dispatch.
Yes, we will email you the tracking number and link as soon as we have shipped your parcel. You will also be able to see the order status in your account section.
Warranty and Policies
We accept returns within 7 days after goods have been received. We only accept returns for incorrectly delivered items that are boxed sealed and unused. At the moment, we cannot support change of mind situations. For any faulty products, we would like you to go through the warranty claims. Please contact us via email (sales@smartifyhomes.com.au) or by completing the form on contact page and one of friendly staff will contact you to process the returns.

All our products come with standard 12 months Australian warranty. Each product will have warranty information in the box.
In case these products may not work as per its specifications, please check in with your installer to generate a report and contact us. If you have installed product by yourself, please contact us via contact us page or email and one of our friendly staff will contact you back to organise the claim. We will either replace or refund product cost.
