Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if these items are not what you order, please contact us ASAP on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will organise a return and provide with you a refund, store credit or exchange of the item. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be posted and notify us with the tracking number via email at email@example.com within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All return items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
For any defective or damaged products received, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange return and exchange.
To return an item, please email customer service at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us as part of processing your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return in form of store credit or exchange. Please allow thirty (30) days from receipt of your item for processing the return. We will contact you as soon as the return has been processed.
The following items cannot be cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Services (incl. but not limited to installations, maintenance, consultation)
• Special orders, incl. but not limited to back orders processed and paid cannot be returned.
• Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
• In an event of change of mind, we do not offer return or exchange or store credit.
